2. Services Provided
- We offer residential and commercial cleaning services as outlined on our website or service agreement.
- Any additional services or variations from the standard cleaning must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.

3. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or phone or WhatsApp.
- Clients must provide accurate details when booking, including any special requirements or requests.
- We reserve the right to decline a booking if the requested service is beyond our capacity or expertise.

4. Pricing and Payment
- Our pricing is based on the service type, property size and specific requirements.
- Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, cash or cheque.
- Full payment is required only upon the service completion.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or staff illness.

6. Client Obligations
- The Client must provide access to the property at the agreed time.
- The Client is responsible for securing fragile, valuable, or sensitive items before the cleaning service begins.
- The Client must ensure that utilities (water, electricity, etc.) are available during the service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee and Complaints
- We strive to provide high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us immediate.
- We will arrange a re-clean or refund if the complaint is found to be justified.
- The work is handed over only in the presence of the client, any claims made after client confirmation may not be considered.

8. Liability
- We take great care in our work, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage to the property or items within it.
- We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, profits, or business.

9. Insurance
- We are fully insured for any damage or loss caused by our employees during the cleaning service.
- Proof of insurance is available upon request.
10. Health and Safety and training
- Our staff follows all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
- The Client must inform us of any potential hazards or specific health and safety concerns on the property.

11. Privacy and Confidentiality
- We respect your privacy and will keep all personal information confidential.
- We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

12. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
